How it works

Our past experiences inform our present. We often find unconscious creative ways, early in life, of coping with painful situations, where we may have had little or no control. As adults, some of those coping behaviours that once worked for us no longer do. Exploring these with someone who can ‘hold’ your painful feelings with empathy, acceptance and no judgement can bring about positive insights and changes.

Being integrative means I find ways of working that suit each client’s individual needs helping you to unpick what’s troubling you and find a way forward.
