About me

I’m a person-centred integrative counsellor working in private practice with adults. I have a life-long interest in how we humans relate to one another. What’s important to me is to help the client on their journey to finding ways through the difficult stuff.

My original training and work with children and young people inevitably led me to work with the adults around the child – parents, carers, teachers and others. Currently, alongside my private practice with adults I work within a clinical team with children, young people and their families.

Whether you have a here and now problem you’d like to talk through, or are wishing to explore issues that are rooted in earlier life experiences, I can offer you a confidential space to be heard and seen. I will work with you on a short term basis or an open ended basis, the choice is yours and we can monitor this as we go.

If you’d like to talk through your needs informally, please do contact me and I’d be happy to speak with you.
